Rose Moreno
Attorney at Law & Translator

As a Hubert Humphrey Fellow 2001-2002 ( One of Fulbright´s Scholarships), Rose spent a year of academic and professional development at the University of Minnesota in the City of Minneapolis at the Hubert Humphrey institute of Public Affairs, She interned with Senator Amy Klobuchar former Hennepin County Attorney, with Attorney Deborah Ellis, one of the Top 40 Criminal Defense Lawyers according to Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine and during her Master’s Year (LL.M.) she held a position with Wells Fargo Bank Home Mortgage. She attended Summer School 2001 at the Economics Institute in Boulder, Colorado.

She lived in Bogotá, Colombia for studies and interned for a local law firm. She holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from University of Minnesota Law School (Walter Mondale Hall) and a J.D. degree from University Santa Maria La Antigua, Panama. She is a Certified Translator for English-Spanish-English.
A member of Panama’s Bar Association and Panama’s Fulbright Alumni Association, where she is a former Vice President.

She has experience working in an international environment and also volunteering and helping foreign students in the United States during their pre-academic trainings; an active speaker for The Minnesota Internacional Center and Now she wants to bring all this knowledge and skills to her own business helping  business people wanting to move and adapt to Panama. She teached Legal Environment of Business at the University of Louisville, Panama in 2007 & 2008.

Rose advices companies and clients from Europe, U.S., Canada, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina.
